Juwel, scrisoarea pe care ai primit-o tu o primesc zilele astea miliarde de oameni din lumea intreaga.
e criza prieteni, si lucrurile nu arata bine deloc deloc in viitor.

in Romania bancile sunt nesimtite din alte motive, nu pt ca trimit scrisori din astea in caz de criza.
dar
exista un mare dar - el este reprezentat de romanasul nostru care vrea masina, apartament, plasma si ce mai vede el ca si-a luat vecinul, fara ca de fapt sa-si permita toate aceste lucruri. asa ca apeleaza la banca si mai este si jupuit din cand in cand. asta e problema. si nu numai ca nu-si permite, dar de multe ori nici nu stie in ce se baga.

romanul nu intelege lucruri simple, cum ar fi faptul ca banii au si ei un cost iar dobanda de platiti depinde direct proportional de perioada.

rationamentele de genul: in 10 ani dau de ori suma la banca sunt pur si simplu gresite: e si normal sa dai de doua ori suma la banca, pentru ca banca iti ofera ceva ce se pare ca nu pretuiesti suficient: posibilitatea de a avea ACUM lucrul pe care ti-l doresti. nu vrei sa platesti de doua ori, foarte bine, economiseste timp de 10 ani toata suma si cumpara-ti plasma cu banii jos, dar peste 5 ani sau cati or fi. nu e chiar bine, nu? ca noi vrem lucrurile acum.

dar sa revin la criza: dobanzile cresc pt ca creditul se gaseste tot mai greu pe pietele internationale. si e bine ca e asa, ca daca n-ar creste dobanzile, bancile ar da faliment cu siguranta. ceea ce poate parea ok, dar nu e ok deloc. banci falimentare inseamna falimentul economiei in cel mai scurt timp. da, deja e vorba de slujbele noastre. practic toate companiile sunt dependente de creditul dat de banci si sunt foarte putine cele care pot supravietui fara. practic salariile noastre sunt platitie de multe ori tot din credite luate de companie de la banca. majoritatea vanzarilor intre firme se fac pe credit si asa mai departe.

ultimul lucru pe care ni-l dorim e sa dea bancile faliment, credeti-ma pe cuvant.

Tu ori tii cu ursul , ori esti angajat al vre-unei banci . Joke of course .

pai, as zice unde lucrez dar mi-e teama sa nu se interpreteze.

oricum, indeferent unde as lucra, ce am scris mai sus este adevarat. si tot adevarat este ca bancile sunt nesimtite pentru ca nu dezvaluie tot timpul structura de comisioane de la inceput si pentru ca nu permit rambursarea inainte de scadenta fara comision. asta-i cea mai mare magarie si asa ceva nu exista in alte tari: poti sa rambursezi anticipat fara costuri suplimentare. sau ma rog, costul acesta e inclus in dobanda la credit.

dar cea mai mare pacaleala o dau astia care dau credite in magazin. tot felul de societati de credit care functioneaza direct la retailer si care au niste costuri adevarate de te crucesti. de asta ziceam ca romanasul nu stie in ce se baga: vede plasma, si-o doreste ca pe sfantu graal si nu-l intereseaza decat rata lunara, fara sa stie ce dobanda plateste de fapt.

clar ca tre sa te apuci de vandut PPS pe credit. altfel cum sa te extinzi? iei un credit ca sa poti cumpara si prepara mai mult, iti gasesti 2-3 forumisti care sa-l distribuie in tara carora le dai tot pe credit pana vand la acvaristul final si uite asa cresti afacerea.
si in cateva luni o sa fii cel mai mare producator de PPS-Pro (TM) din sud estul europei. poate chiar din lume!
